
Hunters Estate Agent: Paid Social & Search Engine Marketing
Hunters is one of the UK’s largest estate agent chains with over 200 branches nationwide. With a large and ever increasing competition base, it was essential they stayed on top of their digital efforts. A campaign was introduced by the client in which they offer a free in person or online valuation to any potential customer. We were tasked with strategising and implementing paid activity to ensure sufficient leads were generated.
The Approach
Using a selection of Paid Social and Search Engine Advertising, a host of campaigns were created with the sole target of driving targeted and highly converting traffic to specific landing pages, with the end goal of obtaining data from the online user when they sign up for a free valuation (lead generation). After creating a variety of campaign led content calendars, geo targeted audiences were built within Facebook, ensuring that any promoted piece of content boosted by us, was only hitting the screens of the right user.
Additionally, extensive keyword research and organisation was undertaken, in order to carefully select what Google search phrases were likely to produce the high converting traffic we needed. From here, a full account and campaign build was completed, with the adverts fully fleshed out and continuously optimised.
The Results
Over the course of 12 months, the collaboration of both PPC and Paid Social Media worked perfectly, with the client receiving over 1200 new leads, all retained at a low CPA.
