During my 5 years working with The Source Digital, a Leeds based digital marketing agency, i personally worked with clients across a variety of industries, on a local, national and international level, delivering campaigns that had a major impact on their business. Below are a selection of success stories from my time at The Source.

Robert Half: Paid Social Media
Robert Half are one of the most well established names within the Recruitment Industry, boasting more than 300 offices situated in 18 countries worldwide. One of their biggest campaigns, run on a yearly basis, is their Salary Guide, which, in short, publishes a host of information for both employers and employees.
Robert Half came to The Source with the objective of driving downloads of the Salary Guide, which in turn could provide them with potential leads.
The Approach
Utilising the impact of paid media and social network selection, a number of various content options were created, backed by the refined targeting and paid promotion of social media. Three different variations of content were created: animated call-to-action posts, infographics, and general engagement posts. Each one, along with accompanying copy, had a specific purpose, such as, to highlight certain aspects of the Salary Guide, resonate with an employer, or create demand and desire. Armed with compelling and engaging content, strategised adverts were amplified to specific target audiences within Facebook and LinkedIn’s advertising platforms. This ensured that the posts were reaching the desired audience.
The Results
Just three months after launching the campaign, there had been over 1000 downloads of the Salary Guide, with thousands more seeing it appear in their news feeds and engaging with the posts. Due to extensive testing, optimisation and adaption, the overall CPA hit record lows when compared to previous similar campaigns. Having recognised this campaign as a considerable success, Robert Half rolled the campaign out on a Global level
